Is this month-to-month? No contract?
Yes. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. No annual lock-in, no cancellation fee.
What if I leave — do I keep my client list?
Yes. This is a contractual commitment (ADR-0010): within 48 hours of your request,
we deliver a full export of your client data — names, phones, visit history, notes —
in a portable format. Your client list is never held hostage. Ask any booking marketplace for that in writing.
Is GST included in the price?
No — GST is added on top at the standard Canadian rate. We're a Canadian company operating under Canadian tax law.
What's the catch on Free?
The "Powered by PerfectBarber" badge on your page. That's our ad — it's how we grow.
That's the whole catch. Free shops are not a trial. There's no time limit and no hidden costs.
What does "Stripe's public rate, we add 0%" mean?
Card processing costs 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction — that's Stripe's published rate for online payments,
the same rate any business gets directly. We don't mark it up. You pay Stripe; we take nothing from your transactions.
I run a cash shop. Does Free work for me?
Yes. Cash and e-transfer are first-class in the checkout flow — every appointment closes with
a payment record even when no processing happens. You don't need a card reader to use PerfectBarber.
